The Ministry of Home Affairs, Government of India, New Delhi, Indian missions abroad, Foreigners Regional Registration Offices at New Delhi, Mumbai and Kolkata, Chief Immigration Officer, Chennai and Home Commissioner, Government of Arunachal Pradesh, Itanagar, issue these permits.
Indian tourists need an Inner Line Permit which can be obtained from the Secretary (Political), Itanagar or from the respective Deputy Commissioners of the district of Arunachal Pradesh as well as from the offices of the Government of Arunachal Pradesh in New Delhi,
